General Conditions

The parking space in front of the structure is guaranteed and free;

The structure does not have a concierge, check-in will be guaranteed (except in exceptional cases due to unforeseen circumstances) between 3pm and until 9pm, while check-out can be carried out from 7.30am to 10am. :00; if possible, a certain flexibility of check-in and check-out times can be guaranteed compared to standard conditions; for special needs outside these hours it is always advisable to contact the structure in advance because services may have additional costs.

Anything not expressly specified is considered excluded from the offer and will be quantified and quoted if requested.

Tourist tax excluded, to be paid locally in cash, equal to €2.00 per person per night for a maximum of 7 (seven) nights; minors under 12 years of age and all the subjects indicated in art.5 of the REGULATION FOR THE TOURIST TAX approved with resolution of C.C.n.12 of 03.29.2021 by the Municipality of San Teodoro are exempt


Tariff conditions for a possible Flexible Tariff:
For the reservation, a credit card will be sufficient as a guarantee;
Sending credit card data authorizes Residenza L'Alzoni to carry out the following checks and operations on it:
- pre-authorisation and cancellation of the same at the time of booking; the times for returning the pre-authorized amount vary depending on the bank you belong to.
- One week before the expiry of the flexibility period, the structure will carry out a new pre-authorisation, retaining the amount of the stay to guarantee the booking and until the arrival of the guest.
The balance can be paid directly at the facility by authorizing the payment of the withheld amount, or by another means and in this case the withheld amount will be released.
We accept the cancellation rules established by the structure:
- Cancellation permitted via written communication no later than 15 days prior to the customer's arrival date (12.00). Beyond this deadline and in case of No Show the following penalties will be charged: 0% up to 15 days from check-in; 50% of the stay with cancellation between 15 and 5 days from check-in; the entire amount of the stay for cancellation less than 5 days from check-in or in case of No Show.

We wish to inform you that your personal data - collected directly from you - will be used by Residenza L'Alzoni in full compliance with the fundamental principles dictated by:
• by Directive 95/46/EC of the European Parliament on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and data circulation;
• by Directive 97/66/EC for the protection of privacy in telecommunications;
• by Directive 97/07/EC and by Legislative Decree 185/99 for the protection of consumers in distance contracts;

PERSONAL DATA PROCESSING OPERATIONS AND RELATED PURPOSES


Below, we summarize all the operations we carry out that involve the collection, storage or processing of your personal data, and the purposes we pursue with each of them.
1. collection and storage of your personal data for the purpose of providing the subscribed service
2. use of your commercial profile by Residenza L'Alzoni for promotional or information purposes of Residenza L'Alzoni;
3. collection, storage and processing of your personal data for administrative - accounting purposes, including the possible transmission of commercial invoices by email.
PROCESSING METHODS

The processing will take place using fully automated methods. Residenza L'Alzoni will adopt an access analysis system limited to a predefined list of sites owned by Residenza L'Alzoni. The catalog thus defined will be kept updated and will be periodically verified by Residenza L'Alzoni.
Residenza L'Alzoni, through the system of formation and conservation of the aforementioned catalogue, ensures and guarantees that the aforementioned catalog will not include sites external to the Residenza L'Alzoni in which topics concerning sensitive data pursuant to articles 4 lett. . D and 26 of Legislative Decree 196/03. Therefore, any processing that may directly or indirectly concern sensitive data will be excluded a priori.

FREEDOM TO GIVE CONSENT AND CONSEQUENCES OF REFUSAL

The granting of consent to the processing of personal data provided for the purposes referred to in points 1, 2, 3 and 4 is necessary. In case of refusal to provide consent, we will not be able to provide you with the service.

RIGHTS OF THE INTERESTED PARTY

Art. 7 Legislative Decree 196/03 (Rights of the interested party)
1) In relation to the processing of personal data, the interested party has the right to obtain confirmation of the existence or otherwise of personal data concerning him even if not yet registered and their communication in an intelligible form.
2) The interested party has the right to obtain information in relation to:
2.1 origin of the data;
2.2 purposes of the processing;
2.3 processing logic;
2.4 identification details of the Owner and Managers;
2.5 of the subjects to whom the data can be communicated.
3) The interested party also has the right to obtain:
3.1 the updating, rectification or integration of the data collected;
3.2 the cancellation, transformation into anonymous form or blocking of data processed in violation of the law including those whose retention is not necessary in relation to the purposes for which the data were collected or subsequently processed;
3.3 certification that the operations referred to in the previous points have been brought to the attention of those to whom such data have been communicated or disseminated, except in the case in which such fulfillment proves impossible or involves the use of means manifestly disproportionate to the law protected.
4) The interested party also has the right to object, in whole or in part:
